My Dad, Bob Miller, served in Vietnam. In 1970, this picture was taken of my Dad (standing). He was flown in via helicopter to the fighting line to give communion to the soldiers. Half of them would come to the inner circle while the other half stood guard. Then they would switch places. This is such a moving picture in SO many ways!

Marines, National Guard

Read Bio
I enlisted in the United States Marines 1991-1995.
I also enlisted in the National Guard shortly after 9/11 for one year.
My whole childhood I knew I wanted to be a Marine, I was raised with both of my Grandfathers being part of the Navy and Army and with there influence I knew that I wanted the same. In the Marines I made lifelong friendships and was part of an extraordinary brotherhood that I am very proud of. My time in the military is one of the parts of my life I hold with great honor. To protect and serve this great nation is something I never took lightly and always held strong.
I am a devil dog through and through
